Q & A Cont. With Alan Phillips Esq. #Vaccines #Mandated Vaccines #Vaccine Exemptions

Q:    What errors in regards to vaccinations are most common in triggering legal issues?

Texas

A:    By far, proceeding on your own without first learning about your rights! Vaccine are required for school (public, private, home, military), in the military (members, families, civilian contractors), with immigration—at least the legal immigrants (also includes foreign adoption), at work (primarily healthcare workers at this time, but DHHS plans to vaccinate *all* US employees with the flu vaccines, and there are over *270 new vaccines* already seeking FDA approval or in clinical trials to follow that one!)—sometimes required by employers, and sometime by state law…

The biggest problems usually concern religious exemptions, in situations where you have to state your beliefs (sometimes you do, sometimes you don’t). If you do, consult with a knowledgeable attorney *before* you submit your statement of beliefs. In my experience, most people who do this on their own fall into one or more legal pitfalls, because the law in this area isn’t consistent with most people’s common sense approach. Where I see the greatest need for legal assistance is with employees, immigrants, in the military, with college students doing healthcare curriculums that require doing clinical work in local facilities (state laws don’t apply in this situation), and with parents in custody disputes (in my experience with family law attorneys around the U.S., family law attorneys don’t know how to approach parent/child-custody vaccine disputes; there are legal arguments unique to this situation).

Unfortunately, people often mistake what they think their rights *should* be with what they actually are. For example, with vaccines, we don’t have a legal right to decide what goes into our body, despite how strongly you or I feel that we should. So, as with any important legal issue, find out as much about your rights as you can BEFORE you act.

My e-book provides information to enable you to learn about vaccine exemption and waiver law, so you can make informed exemption decisions: http://vaccinerights.com/e-book.html

Q:   If you have been fully inoculated and the military loses your vaccination record is there anything you can do in order to avoid being inoculated again?

Hawaii

A:   Exercise an available exemption if you can. I expect that the military would see nothing wrong with vaccinating you again “just to be sure…” The military offers medical and administrative exemptions, and the latter includes religious exemptions. There are multi-branch regulations, and some branch-specific regulations.

This can be tricky; most people in the military think there aren’t any exemptions, and they will not always cooperate with you. I got the Navy to agree to change their unlawful policy and banch-specific regulations, but they never followed through with that. So, it’s really hard to get an exemption there without my help, as you have to not only have a legally sound statement of beliefs, you have to go to the right person who has authority to tell your superior to allow you to have the exemption despite the (unlawful) regulations whose requirements are very hard to meet. Here’s an article about my experience with the Navy: http://www.naturalnews.com/032184_vaccine_exemptions_Navy.html

Q & A Cont. With Alan Phillips Esq. #Vaccines #Vaccine Exemptions #Mandated Vaccines

Q:  What is the process to add a philosophical exemption to one’s state?

Utah

A.   The specific procedure varies from state to state and can most likely be found on your state’s legislative website. In general, whenever you have a legislative concern, it’s highly recommended to schedule a face-to-face meeting with your representative, as letters and emails will get lost in the shuffle unless they come in by the thousands. You should also prepare a concise, bullet-point list of facts with cites (references to the medical literature, etc.) to go over briefly and leave with your representative. Finally, read this article for persuasive information you can use:

Q:  How can you verify that there is a genuine and significant outbreak when the local school sends a letter attesting to an outbreak with a suggestion of immediate vaccination?

Texas

A:  Call the local health department. While there’s no guarantee that they will always know or be forthcoming if they do know, you can ask questions like, “Can you confirm the local outbreak reported in ?”  Were the disease cases confirmed by laboratory specimens? What was the vaccination status of the diseased persons, and was this confirmed?”

Q & A with Alan Phillips, Esq. #Vaccines #Vaccine Exemptions #Mandated Vaccines

This week we are featuring Q & A’s in regards to vaccine legal questions.  We have the U.S. legal expert to answer these questions.

Please leave your name and/or where you are from in your comments and I will forward on to Mr. Phillips.

Following the Q & A’s, I have posted Mr. Phillips background.  I know he has been involved internationally, so feel free to ask questions that pertain to your area.

Answers are for educational purposes only and are not intended to constitute legal advice.

Q:    In hopes of bypassing harmful fillers can a homeopathic vaccine be in used in place of the vaccines offered at the health department?

From SLC, Utah

A:   To the best of my knowledge, homeoprophylaxis – the use of specific homeopathic remedies in the same function as immunizations – is not a legal option anywhere in the U.S. that vaccines are required. However, it can be a useful adjunct for those exercising a legal exemption who want something more to protect themselves or their children from infectious disease than good nutrition, vitamin supplements (many doctors recommend C and D in particular), etc. See this article about how Cuba used homeoprophlyaxis with 2.5 million citizens to address a leptospirosis outbreak in the fall of 2008—they has substantially better results than with immunizations for a fraction of the cost, and homeopathy doesn’t injure or kill anyone!

Q:    Are there situations when waivers are acceptable to WHO when entering countries that require vaccines?  If so, what is the process?

Anonymous

A:    Vaccines for international travel are governed by the World Health Organization’s International Health Regulations:

http://www.who.int/ihr/publications/9789241596664/en/index.html

The only required vaccine is for yellow fever, for travelers going in and out of countries in sub-Saharan Africa and tropical South America. Unfortunately, the only recognized exemption is medical. The CDC recommends a boatload of other vaccines for international travel, but they are only recommendations, not requirements. If an employer is requiring vaccines for work-related travel, you can probably avoid them under federal civil rights law. However, there is not an exemption per se, only a right to religious freedom more generally, so it’s best to work with an experienced attorney in that situation.

Alan is also a regularly featured writer for Natural News, GreenMedInfo.com, Liberty Roundtable, and the Pastoral Medical Association.

Alan is a Board Member of the American Holistic Medical Association, the World Association for Vaccine Education, and the Pastoral Medical Association; an Advisory Board Member of the American Chiropractic Autism Board; a co-founder of North Carolina’s Citizens for Healthcare Freedom; an Associate and Legal Advisor to Source Force, Inc. (a caring ministry for poverty AIDS and terminal cancer victims); and an Advisory Counsel Member of Thai Healing Alliance International.

Over the years Alan has helped clients secure vaccine exemptions in a wide variety of settings, including schools (public, private, home and military), colleges, the military (members, families, civilian contractors), immigration (including foreign adoption), healthcare and other employees, and parents in vaccine custody disputes. Alan’s e-book, The Authoritative Guide to Vaccine Legal Exemptions, is the only publication that provides authoritative, accurate, in-depth information about how state and federal laws interact with individual circumstances to form the precise boundaries of each person’s legal right to refuse vaccines. His Vaccine Rights website is the only Internet site dedicated solely to vaccine legal exemptions and waivers. Alan also spearheaded the Pandemic Response Project (PReP), a national initiative aimed at reforming state laws across the U.S. that currently provide for vaccines to be mandated *without exemptions* during declared emergencies and non-vaccinated persons to be quarantined in government facilities against their will.

Alan’s “Dispelling Vaccination Myths” article was published around the world and translated into Russian, Chinese, and several European languages in the late 1990’s. It has been used in medical school classrooms in three different countries, appears on websites around the world, and has appeared in publications including an Australian grassroots newsletter, Indian homeopathic journals, the Hindustan Times, and American and European magazines. Alan’s more recent publications include vaccine legal articles published in The Townsend Letter, The American Chiropractor, and the North Carolina Chiropractic Association‘s HealthTrek Magazine. (see articles)

Finally, Alan is an accomplished professional singer-songwriter, composer, and producer. His performances of original songs on piano and 12-string acoustic guitar have received standing ovations at seven international conferences, while sales of original music have gone to citizens from countries on six continents. His first music video production, Destiny Freedom! (“For we must be the masters of our destinies!”), has received a strong, positive response from freedom advocates, while a prior music production, Share Your Light, stands as a possible theme song for the vaccine rights movement, ending with the prophetic words, “Share Your Light, let your truth be unfurled; One by one, we are freeing the world…”

What can I say? Where is the moral ground here? Good to be aware of the extreme views that exist. I think he took the wrong fork in the road. I would love to hear your comments on this one.

I cannot think of a better reason to Educate Before You Vaccinate.

I hope this message goes as far as it can and into third world countries.

Watch out for the zombies peddling vaccines.

Are Teens Complainers or Are HPV Vaccines Worse? #Vaccines #Adverse Reactions To Vaccines #One Less

Up until now— with some exceptions, the majority of those vaccinated are either infants or the elderly. Infants of course cannot verbalize their anguish and pain. They scream—relentlessly. And they are drugged—relentlessly. And the same is done to the elderly, their adverse effects passed off as “age related” diseases…

Bill Gates’ Polio Vaccine Program Eradicates Children, Not Polio #Vaccines #Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation #Polio

In the depths of cyberspace lurks a press release written by the CDC, confirming that the OPV, or oral polio vaccination, given to millions of children throughout the developing world, is causing them to develop vaccine-induced polio. Instead of banning the vaccination, as one would expect, the CDC has decided in its wisdom that the best way to tackle the problem is to maintain a high rate of vaccination in all countries!

Yes, that is correct. The CDC recommends maintaining a high rate of vaccination, vaccinating as many children as possible with a vaccine that causes polio…
